Member Login Need Help?Keeping Their Memory Alive
LankaMemorials allows authorised Memorial Members to maintain the memorial entrusted to them. You can keep important information current, add photographs and update permitted memorial details for family and friends to view.
Accessing Your Memorial
Sign in using the username or email address and password provided for your Memorial Member account.
Memorial Members are given access only to the memorial assigned to their account. You cannot create new memorials or edit memorials belonging to another family.

Depending on the information available for your memorial, you may be able to maintain:
- Profile photograph
- Funeral notice
- Funeral date and time
- Funeral venue and address
- Burial information
- Lunch or reception venue
- Life Story / Tribute
- Family and Survived By information
- Video tribute
- Donation information
Memorial Photo Gallery
Photographs help tell the story of a person’s life and preserve treasured memories for family and friends.
Memorial Members can maintain a gallery of up to 20 photographs.
Choose clear, good-quality photographs and please ensure you have permission to publish photographs containing other people.
Profile Photograph
The profile photograph is one of the most prominent images displayed on the memorial page.
For the best appearance, use a clear photograph where your loved one’s face is easily visible. Avoid very small, blurred or heavily cropped images.
Funeral & Location Information
Funeral, burial and reception information can be kept together on the memorial so family and friends can easily find important arrangements.
Where available, visitors can use the Get Directions option to locate the venue. Please check venue names, addresses and postcodes carefully before saving changes.
Video Tributes & Live Streams
A video tribute or supported video link, including a YouTube memorial video or funeral livestream, can be included where appropriate.
Please make sure the video link is correct and accessible to visitors before saving it.
Condolence Messages
Family, friends and visitors can leave messages of condolence and remembrance on memorial pages.
To help protect families and maintain a respectful environment, condolence messages may be moderated before appearing publicly.
Anniversary Reminders
Where available, visitors can register for an anniversary reminder associated with the memorial.
This helps family and friends remember important anniversaries and return to the memorial to honour their loved one.
Sharing & Printing the Memorial
Memorial pages can be shared with family and friends using the sharing options provided on the memorial, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Email and Copy Link.
Where available, the memorial can also be printed or saved as a PDF. A QR code can provide quick access back to the online memorial.
